1. Product terms
All products are original, sealed drinking-water cartons delivered in their factory packaging. We deliver the exact brand and size you order; please check the cartons at the door upon delivery.
2. No returns, no refunds, no substitutes
Since bottled water is a consumable and perishable product, once delivered it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded except for products that arrive damaged or defective. Damaged cartons are replaced instantly by the same driver on the spot.
3. Delivery
Delivery windows are morning (before 12:00) or evening. Same-day delivery applies to orders placed before 12:00 noon within our coverage area. A flat delivery fee applies to every order, plus a small per-floor fee for upper floors.
4. Payment
Cash or bank transfer — both payable on delivery. No prepayment is required.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel or amend an order at no charge before the driver departs. Contact us via WhatsApp using the order number.
6. Privacy & marketing consent
We only use your data to fulfil orders. By checking the consent box you agree we may contact you with offers, reminders, and re-order links via SMS/WhatsApp. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP". We never sell your data to third parties.
7. Location
Enabling GPS on checkout helps our drivers find you faster and shortens delivery time; it is optional.
